Q � The EZE Charger becomes very warm
when I power my phone?
A � It is normal for the unit to become warm while charging/powering a cell phone. EZE Charge is designed
to provide a lot of power in a short period of time. AA batteries generate heat when providing power. The faster the power is drained
from a "AA" battery the more heat it will produce. The rate at which the unit draws power from "AA" batteries is within the specified
limits of "AA" batteries. The unit has been tested under various conditions and with various batteries.
Q � The adapter that I am using
is loose or does not fit into my phone?
A � There are many adapters that look the same but vary slightly. Please refer to the compatibility
section of the web site. DO NOT force the adapter into your phone. If you do you will damage your phone.
Q � The adapter that is supposed
to fit in my phone looks different then the adapter of the charger included with my phone?
A � Some phones have two places that the
phone can charge from. In most cases the adapters included with the EZE Charge fit in the bottom of your phone. (See next question)

� I found the right adapter but I don�t see any place to plug it into my phone?
A � In most cases the adapter plugs into the bottom
of your phone. Some manufacturers include a piece of rubber that covers the connecter that the adapter goes into. Refer to your phones
user manual for proper removal.
Q - I have an older (3+ Years) phone and it is not listed on the compatibility sheet?
A � We apologize
but unfortunately we may not have an adapter to fit your phone.
Q � How do I plug the adapter into my phone?
A � There is an arrow
on one side of the adapter. Please face the arrow up towards the phones keypad and reinsert the adapter. Pin type adapters (Nokia)
plug into your phone just like your home charger.
Q � I am using the adapter listed on the included sheet but it still does not fit
my phone?
A � From time to time the manufacture of your phone may change the connecter on your phone. If you have a new phone please
check the compatibility page for most up to date list.
Q � I cannot remove the adapter from my phone?
A � On some adapters there are
buttons on the side. Simply squeeze the buttons and very gently pull the adapter straight out. DO NOT force it as you risk damaging
the adapter and your phone.
Q � The light did not turn on when I plugged the EZE Charge into my phone?
A � Remove the adapter from your
phone and unplug it from EZE Charge. Replace the battery with a fresh AA battery. Plug the adapter back into the EZE Charge unit and
plug it back into the phone. If this fails please order a new adapter from the replacement adapter section of the web site.
Q � I used
the EZE Charger and now my phone is not responding/the screen is blank?
A � Remove the battery from the back of your phone. Wait 30
seconds and reinsert the battery. This will reset your cell phone.
